We had such a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra thoughtful. The location was perfect, very peaceful and serene. We needed the quiet and relaxing nature. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable Airbnb experience!

My family and I booked this house for a long weekend gathering. The home is beautifully appointed inside and out, comfortable and welcoming. The amenities are plentiful- we had great weather and fully enjoyed the amazing outdoor space - the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor dining. Anerbeen was very responsive and was even there when my son arrived and showed him the mechanicals for the hot tub and gave a tour of the property. Lots of good local information and restaurant recommendations were included in the house manual. We enjoyed the food and entertainment at Pelkey’s which was walking distance from the house. Don’t hesitate to book this house - you will love it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Henderson! The house was amazing and exceeded expectations. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, it was very well appointed and the host thought of everything a guest may need. The property is lovely both inside and out. We enjoyed dining outdoors, the hot tub, the fire pit, the grill, walking the grounds, taking luxurious baths, playing games, and watching movies. Aneerban was a fantastic host! He was very responsive with answers to our questions and provided detailed directions for use of all amenities, as well as great suggestions for area attractions. We hiked, swam, tubed the river, fished, visited the wonderful Alpaca Farm, and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. There are several quaint towns in the surrounding area we had fun exploring. This was our first visit to the Catskills and we plan to visit again. Both the home and the area provided wonderful opportunities to spend cherished family time together. Highly recommend!

Every detail was thoroughly thought about and you felt the care put into the space the moment you walked in! Each detail added to the beautiful memories we made in this home! I rented this home for a girls weekend and we had the most magical time! The house looks even prettier in person. The house was so spacious and there were so many spots to relax in. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor dining area. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make all of our meals and cocktails at the house. The surrounding landscape is so scenic and the nearby towns are adorable. Pelkeys tavern down the street was a huge plus as well! We can’t wait to come back next summer!

This house is beautiful and just as pictured. The details are well thought out and make this location extra special. There are so many little touches all over the house that were fun to discover during our stay such as the little window reading nooks and the beautiful antiques placed throughout the home. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the proximity to several cute towns in the area. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt, and he provided several local recommendations and tips. We had a wonderful stay!

Do yourself a favor and book this stay! My boyfriend and I stayed here in the winter, and it was a lovely, peaceful getaway from the city. Every single detail was so well thought out. The decor is even more stunning and authentic than the photos, and the place just feels luxurious. We loved the woodfire stove, outdoor hot tub, clawfoot bathtubs, and gorgeous kitchen. The hosts are so friendly and responsive to questions and even warned us about a coming snow storm. We will definitely be coming back someday!

I'm totally in love with this place! The high ceilings, vintage vibes, and beautiful woodwork make it feel like a step back in time. Each room is so cozy, captivating and the beds are ridiculously comfy and luxurious. Bathrooms are out of a movie set.
The in-ground hot tub was the icing on the cake, especially during the magical snowfall. Beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, the property exceeded our expectations.
The kitchen had everything we needed and the property was super clean. Plus, it's just a short drive to Calicoon, which has some great restaurants and shops. We even spotted some adorable wildlife on a hike around the property like deer, turkeys, and bunnies!
Can't wait to come back in the summer!

We knew this property would be beautiful from the photos, but WOW! This place is truly stunning with so many thoughtful details throughout. Our hosts, Aneerban and Claudine were super welcoming and responsive. They really went the extra mile to provide great local recommendations and inform us of all the details of the property, including how to use the hot tub and where to find the walking paths. Some of our favorite areas were the different outdoor locations, like the dock at the large pond and the multiple fireplaces (we tried them all and all were worth it!). We also loved exploring the interiors and seeing the personalities of each carefully curated room. Another highlight was the opportunity to use the indoor tub while enjoying the outdoor fireplace. This was such a unique experience - we would highly recommend a stay to others and we are already looking forward to booking again. If you love the great outdoors and impeccable interior design this is the listing for you!
